Letter to Sailors and Voyagers

We are sailors that hope to explore more of the watery world by sailboat. We have made one offshore trip and are planning for the next. In the meantime we continue to work on our boat and sail local waters.

We hope this compilation of what we're learning and doing will be useful to you. Please also considering sharing your own information with us by email or via our boat survey form. I'd also be glad to link to your own site in my resources area.

May we meet someday in a quiet harbor. Bon Voyage!

*note - s/v stands for "sailing vessel" and is the traditional way to denote a sailboat. Other types of boats have their own denotations e.g. f/v for "fishing vessel"

The wood shell block at top left was one of many made by Jon. (Black Locust and Honduran Mahogany with US quarters). And, yes, that's us in San Francisco Bay at top right of the banner.
